All children entering the attraction will be charged the standard rates. But, for any person who is in need of support from a carer, one carer who is able to provide the relevant carers credentials will be able to enter the attraction free of charge.
Is there a policy on an adult to child ratio?
We ask that each parent/guardian is responsible for no more than 4 little rangers so that we can keep everyone as safe as possible during their visit to Dinotropolis.
Why are adults charged entry to Dinotropolis?
Dinotropolis has strict guidelines to comply with on the capacity levels inside the attraction, and often we have more adults than children in the park. For example, 2 parents will bring along 1 child. Dinotropolis is a family attraction and we encourage the grown-ups to participate with the children, this also improves the supervision levels of the children whilst playing. This all works to provide safe and comfortable environment for our guests.

Who is responsible for supervising children?
Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times. Please inform your older children of the basic rules of play to ensure a comfortable and safe visit for all. Please pay attention to ensure older children do not play in the baby and toddler areas. The Dinotropolis team are at hand to help make your visit enjoyable and to support with areas of the attraction. Adults are not permitted to leave the centre whilst their children are playing. One adult (per family group), who is 18 years or over must be present in the centre at all times. In the event an unsupervised child is found in the attraction we may need to follow safeguarding procedures and report the incident to the relevant authorities.
Is there a behaviour policy to comply with at Dinotropolis?
Rangers are here to have fun, but we must ensure that everyone behaves appropriately to ensure a safe environment for all. In the event that a child behaves aggressively or in any manner that puts themselves or others at risk of harm, a member of staff will ask the child to take them to their parent/guardian where they will be advised of the behaviour and asked to increase their supervision of the child. If the behaviour persists we will ask the family to leave. This is to promote the safety of all guests.
Please note that Dinotropolis will not tolerate any abuse of its staff or guests. Any abusive guests will be required to leave with no refund provided.
Do grandparents and children aged 0-18 months go for free on Grampasaurus sessions?
The Grampasaurus offer applies when there is a paying child. When there is a free child entry, Grandparents will be required to pay the £6.00 entry fee for adults.

I made a booking with my membership and cannot make it. What happens now?
If you bring the child with the membership along, any child below 18 months (as well as one adult) will have free entry as part of this membership.
However, if you were to bring your under an 18-month year old along without the child with the membership, you would need to pay an adult entry charge of £6.00.
