  • Dinotropolis is a family experience, and when you’re In the wilderness, you’re stronger in numbers! We require adults to be responsible for children during their visit to the park. If you are wanting to leave the park at any point, you will have to take your little Rangers with you. We want everyone to enjoy the park together and hope this doesn’t change your mind about your visit.

  • All children entering the attraction will be charged the standard rates. But, for any person who is in need of support from a carer, one carer who is able to provide the relevant carers credentials will be able to enter the attraction free of charge.

  • We ask that each parent/guardian is responsible for no more than 4 little rangers so that we can keep everyone as safe as possible during their visit to Dinotropolis.

  • Dinotropolis has strict guidelines to comply with on the capacity levels inside the attraction, and often we have more adults than children in the park. For example, 2 parents will bring along 1 child. Dinotropolis is a family attraction and we encourage the grown-ups to participate with the children, this also improves the supervision levels of the children whilst playing. This all works to provide safe and comfortable environment for our guests.

When you purchase a Dinotropolis Membership, you'll pay £35 per child per month for unlimited access and an adult will always go free!

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times. Please inform your older children of the basic rules of play to ensure a comfortable and safe visit for all. Please pay attention to ensure older children do not play in the baby and toddler areas. The Dinotropolis team are at hand to help make your visit enjoyable and to support with areas of the attraction. Adults are not permitted to leave the centre whilst their children are playing. One adult (per family group), who is 18 years or over must be present in the centre at all times. In the event an unsupervised child is found in the attraction we may need to follow safeguarding procedures and report the incident to the relevant authorities.

  • Rangers are here to have fun, but we must ensure that everyone behaves appropriately to ensure a safe environment for all. In the event that a child behaves aggressively or in any manner that puts themselves or others at risk of harm, a member of staff will ask the child to take them to their parent/guardian where they will be advised of the behaviour and asked to increase their supervision of the child. If the behaviour persists we will ask the family to leave. This is to promote the safety of all guests.

Please note that Dinotropolis will not tolerate any abuse of its staff or guests. Any abusive guests will be required to leave with no refund provided.

  • Customers are entitled to a refund if the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Bookings cancelled after this time will be offered a reschedule at the next available time. Please email enquiries@playcentral.fun. Please note that all refunds will be subject to an administration fee of 20% of the ticket value.
