Bookings for all play sessions are subject to a 48-hour cooling off period.

Customers are entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of making the booking.

Party bookings are subject to a 7 day cooling off period. Customers are entitled to a full refund if the booking is
cancelled within 7 days of making the booking.

Cancellations made after the cooling off period will be offered a reschedule. If a reschedule cannot be agreed,
then the customer will incur a 100% charge upon cancellation.



Refunds will only be offered as per the above. No refunds will be issued on the day for any events. This
includes arriving late, non-attendance, sickness, change of mind or any amendments made to the booking on
the day. Dinotropolis will endeavour to accommodate a reschedule wherever possible.
In the event a booking was made for the same day causing the cooling off period to be unavailable, refunds for
cancellation will only be made 1 hour prior to the scheduled booking. No refunds to the booking will be given
after the guest has been checked in to the park.

All refunds over the value of £50 will not be issued on the day of request. There will be an investigation period
of 7 days.


Post Check-in

Ranger meal deals: Hot meals are subject to availability, refunds will not be given for guests who change their
mind or refuse the cold meal option. A refund may be given if the guest is unable to receive any meal option
at all.

Dino- escape: In the event that the Dino-escape challenge is out of order, a refund may be offered. Refunds
will not be given due to change of mind or a guests choice not to participate.
